Pomodoro technique

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method which is used to break down work into intervals, for 25 minutes,  and also divided by short breaks. It also helps in providing breaks in between an activity which in turn helps in avoiding burnout and increase productivity. Here are the steps to follow: 1.Go for an activity to work on. 2.Fix an alarm for 25 minutes and work on the activity. Work till the alarm goes off after 25 minutes 3.Take a break for about 5 minutes. 4.Repeat steps 2 and 3 three more times. 5.After working for four sessions, take a long break for about 15-30 minutes.
