Pomodoro technique

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method which is used to break down work into intervals, for 25 minutes,  and also divided by short breaks. It also helps in providing breaks in between an activity which in turn helps in avoiding burnout and increase productivity. Here are the steps to follow:

1.Go for an activity to work on.

2.Fix an alarm for 25 minutes and work on the activity. Work till the alarm goes off after 25 minutes

3.Take a break for about 5 minutes.

4.Repeat steps 2 and 3 three more times.

5.After working for four sessions, take a long break for about 15-30 minutes.

Using a focus timer can have several benefits for productivity, including:

Improved focus: By breaking work into intervals and taking small breaks  in between activity, the Pomodoro Technique can help improve focus and reduce distractions.

Better time management: Using a Pomodoro watch can help you manage your time more effectively by tracking work sessions and breaks and helping you stay on schedule.

A Pomodoro watch is a timer or watch that is designed to help you track your Pomodoro Technique work sessions and breaks. There are many types of Pomodoro watches available, ranging from physical timers to digital apps that you can download on your phone or computer and smart watches online

Some Pomodoro watches have features such as customizable work and break intervals, progress tracking, and alarms or notifications to remind you when it's time to start or end a work session. Some popular Pomodoro apps include Focus@Will, Pomodoro Timer, and Be Focused.

Overall, using a Pomodoro watch can be a helpful tool for staying on track with the Pomodoro Technique and increasing productivity.
